Classical instruments and rock music have a long and successful kinship, most notably Freddie Mercury and his killer…..Queen (Bohemian Rhapsody, anyone?). Now, Seattle’s  own symphonic rockers Direct Divide are holding that torch and touring nationally.

Making their World mobile, by permanently going on the road touring. Direct Divide is giving the people….. fans and newbies alike something fresh to listen to, something new to love….members Razz (vocals, violin), Kevin Proctor(guitars, Keyboards) and also the lead songwriters of the band, with Valdemer Huguet on drums have arrived nationally in a big way.

This violin infused rock trio in the Pacific Northwest, bring beautiful orchestral colors and add a magical quality to their classical infused style. The bands influences come from similar bands…. Evanescence, Muse, Tool, Silversun Pickups and many more alternative rock music creators.

With the dramatic storytelling embraced in rock riffs, living on the waves of bass like heavy breathing for the new single “Abduction”  …emotional, powerful truth-tellers Direct Divide come together with their story driven lyrics, energetic guitar, stirring cello movements and electric violin.

A full schedule pushing them forward, Direct Divide is on a non-stop roll to bring the magic of their musical expression to a town near you, with two West coast tours and a national tour on the table.
