Marvel Entertainment and Netflix has released a new trailer “Marvel’s Jessica Jones,” starring Krysten Ritter. The trailer can be viewed in the player below.
Jessica Jones will tell the story of our titular heroine, an ex-superhero turned private eye.
Taking place in the wake of a tragic ending to her short-lived stint as a superhero, the series follows Jessica Jones (Ritter) as she rebuilds her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City (not too far away from where the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen operates FYI).
Also starring will be David Tennant (Doctor Who, Broadchurch, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) as Kilgrave, Rachael Taylor (Shutter, Transformers) as Patsy Walker, Mike Colter (Zero Dark Thirty, Halo: Nightfall, Million Dollar Baby) as Luke Cage, Carrie-Ann Moss (The Matrix, Memento) as Harper, Eka Darville ( Empire, The Originals) as Malcolm, Erin Moriarty (The Kings of Summer, The Watch) as Hope, and Wil Traval (Once Upon a Time, Red Window) as a NYPD cop.
