Star-Lord is not a big fan of Iron Man’s plan

The new Avengers: Infinity War trailer did not disappoint. There were many awesome moments in the trailer but one shined the brightest.

While most of this trailer was spent showing us the destruction Thanos will bring to Earth, and the thought of a few Avengers may actually die! There were some parts that were humorous.

The funniest of these scenes came in the first half of the trailer, when Tony Stark and Peter Quill finally met face to face. Tony has just laid out a plan for the group and Peter, being the self-proclaimed king of all plans, wasn’t the biggest fan.

“Let’s talk about this plan of yours. I think it’s good, except it sucks. So let me do the plan, and that way it might be really good.”

This scene also gets bonus points for being the first time we’ve seen the Guardians standing beside the Earth-based Avengers. Peter Quill a.k.a. Star-Lord played by Chris Pratt, is a half-human, half-Celestial who was abducted from Earth by the Yondu Ravager Clan in 1988. After his abduction, he began building fame as the legendary outlaw Star-Lord. In 2014, he decided to leave the Ravagers and operate individually, starting by stealing a precious artifact known as the Orb, unintentionally becoming a key player in the Quest for the Orb. Following his arrest, he forged an uneasy alliance with fellow inmates GamoraDrax the DestroyerRocket Raccoon, and Groot, and formed the Guardians of the Galaxy in order to stop Ronan the Accuser from destroying Xandar.
