Diets, fads, weight loss ??? What is a girl to do! If your like me and always have a shoot, show or a big event you want to look lean and mean 24/7. So by reading Brad Pillons book (Eat Stop Eat) and a lot of other items I stumbled on some of the greatest studies known.

One the easiest strategies you can ever use to lose weight
(and still get away with eating lots of your favorite foods) is
strategic intermittent fasting.

Simply abstaining from food for 12 to 16 hours about 4 or 5
days of the week will not only help you keep the pounds off but …
