o here’s a little bit of this and a little bit of that, at the Grammy’s last night…….
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis practically walk away with the Grammy Awards ceremony on every level……and Twitter freaks the eff-out. Something about the Best Rap Album win, created an uproar…..screams of Kendrick Lamar got robbed stuff… a bunch of noooooo’s and crap about “white privilege” gets thrown around.
Beyonce and Jay-Z are very Drunk in Love and kill it on stage.
Paul McCartney & Ringo Starr reunite to perform “Queenie Eye”. Sir Paul took the award For Best Rock Song “Cut Me Some Slack” with Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear.
Taylor Swift tried to out dance everybody on practically every performance (shock and awe face….all night long).
Daft Punk and Pharrell Williams perform “Get Lucky” and win Best Pop Duo/Group Performance…..AND DAFT PUNK WINS ALBUM OF THE YEAR…..but for a second it was Taylor Swift …..whaaaat now? ok then….(there was some garbled communication and confusion but Taylor handled it ,sat down, closed her pie hole and wiped the shock and awe look from her face.)
Then there was the crazy Pharrell wore on his head. I think he hallucinated that he was an Canadian Mountie. meh!
And there was a mass wedding gimmick with Queen Latifah,Madonna and Macklemore accompanied by the song “Same Love”, yeah, and Katy Perry caught the bouquet. Hmmmmmm, John better get ready to put a ring on it.
