1. Always eat a green vegetable with every meal.
2. Eat over 100 grams of protein a day.
3. Post workout you should have protein and a carb. Example is 2 scoops of protein and a high fructose like a banana.
4. Don’t use artificial sweeteners or keep them to a minimal amount.
5. Say No to Trans Fat!
6. For Fat loss eat less than 100 grams of carbs a day.
7. If you want to loose more than 50 pounds eliminate carbs from your diet.
8. Women never eat less than 1200 calories a day.
9. Guys never eat less than 1600 calories a day.
10. Don’t use pill thermogenics, they can wreck your nervous system.
11. Don’t do cleanses or stick anything up your butt for weight loss. Constancy and a clean diet will win.
12. Don’t eat carbs before bed.
13. Eat at least 4-5 times a day.
14. Your biggest meals should be breakfast, lunch, then dinner. both the other way around.
15. Eliminate gluten, dairy, soy and sweeteners if you want to cut fast.
16. Drink at least 4 l of water a day.
17. The latest you can eat is one hour before bed.
18. Drink 3 cups of Loose Leaf Green Tea a day.
19. Do exceed 30 grams of carbs per meal.
20. Take at least 6 grams of fish oil a day.
21. Drink 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar.
22. Not all saturated fat is bad. Eggs, goat butter, coconut oil are great.
23. Its better not to cheat.
24. Focus on quantity
25. Get at least 30 grams of fiber per day.
26. If its white, it aint right! Bread, pasta, sugar, bagels.
27. Eat out as little as possible.
