Behind our TV SHOW: GEEKCASTER

Let’s start here. Thank you to everyone that have been watching our show over the years on Cable TV and being there for our streaming growth. With that being said on GEEKCASTER we cover Films and TV series as well as tech and culture. As far as our insight on Films. Here are the basic guidelines we take in account before we give our feedback:

1. Concept Development

  • Choose a Theme: Identify the central idea or message.
  • Genre: Decide whether it’s a drama, comedy, thriller, etc.

2. Outline Of The Story

  • Structure: Use a three-act structure (setup, confrontation, resolution) or another framework that suits your story.
  • Plot Points: Define key events that drive the story forward.

3. Character Development

  • Protagonist and Antagonist: Create well-rounded characters with clear goals, motivations, and flaws.
  • Supporting Characters: Develop secondary characters that enhance the main story.

4. Setting and World-Building

  • Time and Place: Establish where and when the story takes place.
  • Atmosphere: Consider how the setting influences the story’s mood.
What we do on the regular:
  • Watch Films/Plays: Analyze scripts from your favorite movies or plays for inspiration.
  • Write Regularly: We are writers and producers ourselves.
  • Stay Open to Ideas: Because we love films.

Well, this is a little about us at GEEKCASTER. Enjoy our show.
