Hmmmm…. so it must be Tuesday, and The View co-hosts are at war with themselves and a large portion of their viewing public….and what was the fuss about ?…baked goods, Gay Rights and some Constitutional rights thrown into the mix.
Candace Cameron Bure decided to take on Raven Symone and the Gay community
by defending the viewpoint and actions of an Oregon bakery. The bakers at this bakery refused, to bake a wedding cake for a same-sex couple’s wedding, though they had baked goods for them prior.
Raven Symone, who hates labels such as “Gay” being applied to her and has a relationship with a woman….. listened, interjected and rolled her eyes through Ms Cameron-Bure’s statements of the bakery owners Constitutional rights and freedom of association regarding the refusal of service, due to religious reasons.
Both ladies went strong on their points of view and neither backed down, luckily there were no fisticuffs much to ABC’s chagrin…..it would have been ratings gold.
As you can imagine Whoopi jumped in to criticize, fingers were pointing and more eye-rolling and awkwardness ensued.
