Formed in 1993 as Joe and the Chicken Heads, the band claim they were forced to change their name to  The Radioactive Chicken Heads because of government regulations requiring all radioactive farm products to be labeled clearly.

The band of unruly vegetables and poultry has managed to release several full length CD’s, have their own video game and perform songs like “Deviled Egg,” “I Eat Kids,” and “Atom the Amazing Atom Killer.”
