Daniel Robert Elfman, or better known as “Danny Elfman” is one of the most famous American composers. With the insane variety of movie and television soundtracks Danny has done, there isn’t a movie or series addict alive that hasn’t heard his work. In fact, even if you go to the theaters just every once and a while, or turn on your TV on every now and then just to flip through the channels, it’s almost impossible not to stumble upon a project in which Elfman took part in. In case your unaware of the amazing works of Danny Elfman, here are some soundtracks hes worked on to television shows and films that I’m sure you’ve either seen or heard of:

The chances that you haven’t even heard of the works above don’t exist, and there’s many more works from the composer’s mind. Elfman’s projects aren’t limited to film; he has also done soundtracks for video games like Fable and Kingdom Heart 2. In the 80s, Danny Elfman was part of the band Oingo-Boingo, which gained a huge cult following, so it’s easy to say that Danny has had much experience in the music business and he’s still got more to show the world. Elfman has taken part in the soundtrack for the upcoming movies Oz, The Great and Powerful, Epic, and a movie that is set to be released in 2014 called Deep.
